A wonderful and very successful Financial Services business is Looking to recruit an experienced, enthusiastic, and driven qualified Independent ideally CHARTERED Financial Adviser to complement the existing team. The successful candidate will be confident in their ability to create new opportunities and service existing clients to assist with the firms’ future development plans also.   Ideally but not essential, the successful candidate will be a Chartered Financial Planner. Having at least three years’ experience as a Financial Adviser working with HNW clients AND AS OUTLINED MINIMUM DIPLOMA QUALFIIED WITH CAS STATUS. They will be expected to have a comprehensive understanding of investments & pensions

The candidate will be a HUGELY confident communicator, driven and self-motivated skilled FINANCIAL ADVISOR and able to demonstrate professionalism illustrating a strong understanding of the principles of risk, asset allocation and portfolio construction. They will be able to share their knowledge of the investment market with clients and our professional connections, acting as financial coach and building trust.  The company will provide the Paraplanning and Administrative support to the FINANCIAL ADVISOR WHO IS HUGELY SKILLED AND SUCCESSFUL. 

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:-

• Financial planning IFA experienced in pensions and investments with a minimum of 3 years skilled advising• A proactive approach to client care and organised, able to take ownership of their work and meet deadlines and targets• Able and willing to work with IT, including specialist industry software• Have a good understanding of regulation and legislation applicable to an advisory role• Experience in attracting and maintaining relationships with high-net-worth clients• Proven track record – minimum 3 years as outlined • Enthusiasm, drive, determination and self-motivation to secure new business• A high level of confidence, presentation and interpersonal skills

This role will also demand strong communication skills as the successful candidate will be required to deal with HNW individuals including company Directors, HR and Senior Management as well as professional connections.  You definitely will be expected to have a great understanding of investments, pensions IHT, Income Tax, CGT.  Annual/Tapered Annual Allowance, carry forward, LSA and LSDBA etc.
