We are currently seeking a talented individual to join our client, which is a prestigious hotel, as a Night Shift Supervisor.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the night shift porters and ensuring that all guest requests are promptly met.

You will also be responsible for:

  • Monitoring the security of the hotel during the night and ensuring that all safety protocols are followed.
  • Be in charge of the hotel, when the Night Manager is off.
  • Covering reception.
  • Assisting with the night auditing process.
  • Room service
  • Attending training & completing e-learning modules to improve your skills and aid your development.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • previous supervisory experience in a hotel setting
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
