We are looking for hardworking and reliable individuals to join factory team as a Pallet Repair Operatives. This hands-on role involves inspecting, repairing, and rebuilding wooden pallets to meet operational and customer requirements.
Main Responsibilities:

Inspect returned or damaged pallets for defects or wear

Use hand tools, nail guns, and other equipment to repair broken pallets
- Painting pallets

Maintain a clean and safe working environment

Follow all health and safety procedures and report any hazards or issues
