There is a tremendous leadership opportunity for an experienced and mixed Practice manager to come and join this well-respected and multi-faceted firm of accountants. The role is to be based from their Medway head-office.
The firm is well known in the North/Mid Kent marketplace and has strong links to the area, dating back over 80 years.
This is a high-visibility role and a fantastic opportunity to put yourself in the window for further promotion opportunities down the line.
Your responsibilities will include:
Allocating & reviewing statutory year-end accounts & other work prepared by staff
Hands-on Management Accounts, Audit planning & review for larger clients
Billing & review of profitability of staff & clients; Improving systems
New client on boarding/existing client business development & problem solving
Assisting & Reporting to Directors
To be considered for this position you should:
Be ACA or ACCA Qualified or equivalent experience
Have 5 years PQE in practice
Demonstrate ability to able to lead by example
Have excellent working knowledge of MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Xero, Sage line 50 & preferably CCH or Iris practice software
