Internal Sales Advisor:
Rochester
Salary: £26,500- £28,500 DOE
NO WEEKENDS- Monday to Friday 8am- 5:30pm

We have an opportunity for a Sales Negotiator to join a company with multiple site up and down the UK. This company is well- known within their industry and are continuing to grow! Our client is seeking an individual who is passionate about customer service and can thrive with their negotiation skills. If you are someone who enjoys problem solving and can work well under pressure then read on!
Duties:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
- Provide information and advice on available equipment for hire and sale
- Consult with internal departments for non-standard inquiries
- Negotiate hire rates and sale prices with customers
- Prepare and follow up on customer quotations
- Process sales orders
- Process returns and raise collection notes
- Verify customer orders
- Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction
- Handle customer complaints until resolved
Do you have the following?
- Experience working within the construction industry/material supplies
- Experience working on a trade counter or retail background
- Ability to working in a fast paced environment
- Strong customer service background
- Great problem solving skills
