Family Solicitor/Legal Executive

Day-to-day of the role:
- Provide expert advice on Ancillary Relief/Divorce, Domestic abuse matters, and Private Law Children Act matters.
- Handle Care Proceedings, Adoption, and Special Guardianship applications.
- Work to deadlines and targets, prioritising and managing a varied caseload effectively.
- Work collaboratively as part of a team and independently using your own initiative.
- Engage in advocacy as required.
- Maintain professional and effective communication with team members and clients, handling clients in stressful and upsetting circumstances with sensitivity.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Qualified as a Family Solicitor or CiLex Lawyer with at least 3 years PQE or equivalent.
- Strong legal and leadership skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of handling clients in sensitive situations.
- Ability to undertake advocacy.
