A respected client of ours - a well-established, award-winning law firm - is currently seeking an experienced Conveyancing Legal Secretary to join their team in Gillingham, Kent. The Role

This is a full-time, office-based position providing comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the firm's busy residential conveyancing department. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient progression of property transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Audio and copy typing of legal correspondence, forms (Oyez), and quotations
  • Handling incoming calls professionally and efficiently
  • General administrative duties such as photocopying, data entry, and file maintenance
  • Managing diaries, arranging client appointments, and updating case management systems
  • Supporting colleagues with secretarial cover and general team collaboration
  • Maintaining client confidentiality and high professional standards

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Demonstrable experience in a Conveyancing Legal Secretary role
  • Fast, accurate typing and solid MS Word skills
