Our successful food manufacturing client in Rochester, Kent, is on the lookout for a talented Customer Success Manager to oversee and manage their key customer relationships.
Responsibilities:• Lead the management and nurturing of key client relationships.• Coordinate client orders and projects for timely delivery.• Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.• Communicate project progress and address potential issues proactively.• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and project details.
Requirements:• Proven experience in key account management or customer service within the food manufacturing industry is essential • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
