Are you a dynamic Social Media Executive looking for a challenging marketing role within a hard-working, creative, and fun team? I'm looking for an experienced Social Media Executive for a thriving international retailer. If you’re passionate about social media, digital marketing, and driving business growth through innovative campaigns, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. This role is hybrid or remote!

As Social Media Executive, you will:

  • Manage and grow my client's presence on all social media channels, both organic and paid.

  • Craft daily stories and videos that captivate our audience.

  • Analyse performance data and report on social media activities to inform future strategies.

  • Produce high-quality, engaging content, including posts, videos, and campaigns tailored to the target audiences.

  • Collaborate with the content creation team to maintain consistent brand and campaign messaging.

  • Optimise content and campaigns to ensure efficient use of budgets.

  • Monitor competitors and industry forums to stay ahead in the social media space.

  • Foster customer engagement, grow the follower base, and manage communications effectively.

  • Develop relationships with influencers to amplify brand presence.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • A degree in Marketing or an equivalent qualification.

  • At least two years of experience as a Social Media Executive or in a similar role.

  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, or Canva.

  • Experience managing multiple social media platforms, including Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.

  • Familiarity with social scheduling platforms like Hubspot.

  • Exceptional copywriting skills and strong attention to detail.

  • A collaborative team player with excellent time-management and analytical skills.

  • Experience with budget management and a track record of innovative social media strategies.
