We are seeking a dynamic and inspiring Class Teacher to join our academy, where passion and enthusiasm for high standards and expectations are paramount. You will be an integral part of a creative and professional team, dedicated to building upon our achievements and shaping the future of our school. The successful candidate will be placed in either KS1 or KS2, tailored to their strengths.

Day to Day of the role:

  • Deliver quality first teaching, planning, and executing lessons that inspire and engage students.
  • Utilise a range of primary school interventions and provisions to support student learning.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and share best practices.
  • Contribute to the school’s extensive range of enrichment and leadership activities.
  • Foster strong relationships with students, parents, and the wider school community to support our vision of Inspire, Challenge, and Achieve.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience in delivering quality first teaching and knowledge of primary school interventions.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • A commitment to professional development and a drive for continual improvement.
  • A passion for providing students with the best possible education during the formative stages of their lives.
