This role is best suited for experienced training professionals with a strong background in financial services operations. If you’re passionate about making a tangible impact on how teams learn, perform, and evolve—and you’re confident facilitating change through training—this opportunity is ideal for you. You’ll play a key part in shaping the operational excellence of a growing national advice firm, with real scope to influence process, technology adoption, and acquisition integration.
The BusinessThis is a well-funded, fast-growing advice and wealth management group backed by a specialist investor. With multiple acquisitions already completed, they’re building a national brand that values collaboration, innovation, and people.
You’ll be joining at a pivotal moment—early enough to influence key structures but secure in a company with serious long-term backing.
The Role
Your day will revolve around empowering others. You’ll design and deliver training that makes complex processes simple, supports operational integration for new teams, and enhances everyday efficiency for existing staff. From onboarding new joiners post-acquisition, to running tailored workshops on SOPs or new systems, your work will directly impact how well the business runs.
You’ll collaborate closely with subject matter experts and operations leaders, constantly evaluating training outcomes and improving content.
