Due to significant growth and increased demand from employers, we are actively seeking a New Business Executive team.
With a career path in place, not only will you be joining a known and reputable independent training provider who deliver high level of training and qualification provision across the UK, you will be joining them at this very exciting period of growth into the Modern Apprenticeship space where you will have the opportunity of developing a brand new business unit within an already established and well know training consultancy.
You will be focused on communicating the benefits of the Modern Apprenticeship Programme to prospective clients, where they can grow, train and retain their own talent.
We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic New Business Executive who is looking to commence a career in Sales. As well as the starting base salary you will also have the opportunity to earn an uncapped, monthly and quarterly commission with the addition of a discretionary profit-related bonus. As well as this you will receive on-the-job training and mentoring along with the opportunity to gain an industry-recognised apprenticeship and qualification in Digital Applications.

What qualifications or qualities are required?: Our ideal candidate will have the desire to be on a learning curve as well as have the following:
• Excellent communication skills, on the phone, by email, and face to face
• Ability to consistently achieve daily/weekly/monthly client activity
• Drive to create and establish your own customer base in the first instance and account manage going forward
• A confident, positive, energetic, tenacious attitude
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• A winning mentality with the desire to deliver successful solutions to a wide range of clients.
