Responsibilities in your new role as Chef de Partie

  • Skillfully prepare, cook, and present exceptional dishes with precision and flair.
  • Partner with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to develop menu items, perfect recipes, and introduce innovative creations.
  • Maintain efficient operations within your kitchen section by upholding venue standards.
  • Monitor portion sizes and minimise waste to enhance profitability and reduce costs.
  • Ensure adherence to kitchen health and safety protocols and uphold rigorous food hygiene standards.

Your personality, experienceand qualifications

Candidates must have prior Chef de Partie experience working in a fine dining or award-winning setting, which is crucial.
