Chef de Partie Kelp, Glasgow

Kelp is an AA Rosette-awarded restaurant located in the heart of Glasgow, just steps from the Theatre Royal. We specialise in bold, seasonal Scottish cuisine and are seeking a skilled Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team.

What we offer:

  • Salary in excess of £35,000 per annum

  • Total package including tips in excess of £40,000 per annum

  • Bi-weekly pay structure

  • 4-day working week to support work-life balance

  • Closed on Christmas Day

About the role:As Chef de Partie, you will take ownership of your section, ensuring high standards of preparation, presentation, and service. Youll work closely with senior chefs to maintain consistency and contribute to the development of seasonal menus.
