Sous Chef Responsibilities
- To assist the Head Chef on duty with storage, preparation and cooking of all food items
- To prepare ingredients for cooking as directed by senior chefs
- To ensure that mise en place is completed in your section.
- To prepare menu items in collaboration with colleagues
- To follow the guidance of the senior chef on duty and input on new ways of presentation or dishes
