Area Sales Manager – West of Scotland

CR Smith Manufacturing is a fast-paced, dynamic, manufacturing organisation, producing made-to-order, bespoke window and door products for the New Build, Extension & Refurbishment sectors.

These sectors present significant opportunity for growth as demand for technically advanced, thermally efficient building products increases.

Due to this continual growth, we are looking for an ambitious Area Sales Manager to continue to build on our continuing growth in these sectors through our trade & new build department serving small to medium, largely independent, joiners, builders and builders merchants in the west of Scotland.

What we expect of you-

· Demonstrate a proven background in sales and have a real desire to succeed – We will consider any candidates from the construction/building industry (ideally contacts within the builder’s merchants however open to any strong B2B sales experience)

· Ambitious candidates who want to be rewarded significantly for hitting and overachieving their targets and will thrive off the continuous coaching, training & career development we offer to ensure your on-going development. Opportunity to move in to a more senior role within a short time period.

· Offer customers the most technically advanced products on the market, manufactured locally.

· The ideal candidate will be highly motivated with an entrepreneurial flair, the determination to go the extra mile whilst representing a leading national brand.

· Ability to make decisions, develop new business within an established market and think outside the box.
