Business Development Executive - Energy Management SolutionsBasic salary to £31,000 with OTE £40,000 + car allowance + benefitsField based covering the Central Belt of ScotlandMy client is a well respected energy management organisation and due to expansion they are looking for a field based Sales Executive to focus on new business generation throughout Central Scotland. If you have business to business field sales experience, are confident generating your own leads and managing the sales process through to close, this could be a fantastic opportunity for you!The Role:

  • Covering Central Scotland you'll be out on the road 3-4 days a week and working from home when you're not.
  • Selling energy management solutions to companies of all types and sizes
  • You'll be generating leads for new business through prospecting, networking events and research
  • You'll build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing them with solutions to meet their energy management requirements
  • You will be responsible for managing the sales process right through to pricing and close.

The Person:

  • We're looking for someone with B2B field sales experience and a strong background in new business generation
  • Energy industry experience would be beneficial but isn't essential
  • You'll be used to self sourcing your own leads and updating the CRM system
  • A full UK driving license is essential
  • You'll be a confident communicator and used to working to targets and KPIs

The Package:

  • A basic salary up to £31,000 is offered depending on experience
  • An uncapped OTE of around £40,000 is also available
  • Car allowance of £400 per month
