Key Responsibilities:
- Creating and building upon strong relationships with brokers and agents
- Handling finances and managing agreement terms
- Attending and hosting networking events
- Carry out viewings and send out enquiry proposals
- Maintain relationships with internal and external clients providing top class customer service
- Manage building operations to a high standard
- Manage invoicing and credit control
- Maintain Health and Safety standards
Experience/Skills Requirements:
- Relevant experience within commercial property or hospitality industry
- Enthusiastic and self motivated with a can do attitude
- Attention to detail
- IT & administrative skills
- Sales-minded, outgoing personality
- Commitment to providing high standards of customer service
