We are currently looking to recruit a Customer Service Representative for our fast growing client in Glasgow, who offer sustainability, inclusivity, and diversity.

As part of the Customer Service Representative role, you’ll require:
- Proven experience providing excellent customer service and administration, ideally within the automotive sector
- Competent with the use of Microsoft and Excel Applications
- Hold excellent commincation skills and strong attention to detail
- Must hold a UK drivig licence with no more than 6 points
Reporting to the the Head of Fleet, you’ll also be:
- Coorodinate all incoming queries for new products, accessories and support services.
- Processing orders and tracking the progress whilst ensuring the customer and account manager are kept up to dater at all times
- Processing agreements
- Handling physical and digital inspection of all vehicles
- Hold excellent time management skills and attention to detail
- Processing customer charges as and when required
- Collaborate between the teams ensuring that documentation is processed and accurate
Salary & Working Hours
- £25,552 per annum
- Permanent
- Monday to Friday 7.30am – 4.30pm
