This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong attention to detail and a passion for customer service to join a friendly, fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the first point of contact for all inbound customer calls
  • Manage a shared email inbox, responding promptly and professionally
  • Accurately process all sales orders
  • Coordinate transport for van and courier deliveries
  • Handle customer queries related to deliveries
  • Book in incoming stock (Goods In)
  • Maintain and file all branch paperwork
What We’re Looking For:We’re looking for a person-first individual with a can-do attitude who thrives in a busy environment. Prior experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential — full training will be provided for the right candidate. Accuracy, data entry skills, and a customer-focused mindset are key.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Previous CRM experience beneficial
  • A proactive and responsive approach to customer needs
