- Act as the first point of contact for all inbound customer calls
- Manage a shared email inbox, responding promptly and professionally
- Accurately process all sales orders
- Coordinate transport for van and courier deliveries
- Handle customer queries related to deliveries
- Book in incoming stock (Goods In)
- Maintain and file all branch paperwork
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Previous CRM experience beneficial
