We’re looking for a passionate, resilient and forward-thinking Children’s Home Manager to take the reins of a new, purpose-driven residential home in Glasgow. What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team to provide exceptional care for children aged 8–18

  • Ensure compliance with Care Inspectorate standards and all relevant legislation

  • Build a positive, trauma-informed culture that supports young people’s emotional and behavioural development

  • Be an advocate for the children in your care—liaising with external agencies, families and professionals

  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation in care delivery

What We’re Looking For:

  • A dynamic, experienced manager with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a senior role within a children’s residential setting

  • Level 5 Leadership and Management qualification (or equivalent)

  • A deep understanding of safeguarding, trauma-informed care, and children’s rights

  • Someone who leads with empathy, structure, and integrity

  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and organisational skills
