- Coordinate to ensure seamless pre- and post-meeting processes, ensuring that client work reaches the right hands at the right time
- End-to-End Excellence, taking the lead in managing the entire advice process, keeping their clients engaged and informed throughout
- Strong Partnerships, cultivating a robust relationship with Financial Planners, ensuring effective delegation, work tracking, and service quality
