Structured Cabling Engineer

DCS Recruitment currently seek an established structured cabling installation engineer in Glasgow on behalf of a national network and security provider.

Location: G5 postcode area

Immediate starts available.

Working 8 hour day shifts, M-F.

This contract will be 1st and 2nd fix cabling installation works within new offices, fitting CCTV and their fixtures.

The ideal candidate will:

• Hold a valid ECS/Equivalent structured cabling/comms industry related card
• Require their own hand and termination tools including drills
• Have 5-point PPE (hi vis, hard hat, steel toe cap boots, goggles, gloves)
• Have a minimum of 3 years comms industry experience, specifically with security systems including CCTV
• Be able to provide relevant work references prior to start
