Titan are currently working with a very successful Freight Forwarder based in Glasgow who are looking for an Internal Sales Coordinator to join their team
This role requires similar experience of working within a busy Freight Forwarding environment and a good understanding of the necessary processes and documentation.
Role responsibilities -
- Prepare sales proposals for a broad portfolio of customers and overseas offices
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs
- Office point of contact for customer on sales related matters
- Develop new business with existing clients and identify areas of improvement
- Work closely with Business Development Manager and Commercial Manager
Requirements -
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience working for Freight Forwarding company within an inside sales role
- Competent knowledge of International Incoterms
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Enthusiastic and driven to achieve targets and objectives
- Positive customer-focused attitude
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages will be beneficial
Previous sales experience within a similar environment is essential
The company offers a great working environment, working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm, offering a salary up to £35,000
