 Meraki Talent are delighted to be engaged on the role of Cashroom Assistant for a market leading and well-respected business based in Glasgow.The RoleThe successful candidate will perform a variety of administrative tasks to support the functions of the cash department which is part of the larger finance team.  They will be required to manage a varied and busy workload under pressure whilst maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.You will be involved in the following duties:  
  • Input of financial postings
  • Reviewing and reconciliation of bank statements
  • Processing daily banking of clients funds
  • Printing cheques
  • Card payments
  • Processing invoices for purchase ledger system
    The Candidate To be successful in this role you must have the following -  
  • Previous experience within a similar role within a legal firm
  • Understanding the legal technology and Law Society Accounting rules
  • Excellent numeracy and problem solving skills
  • A working knowledge of 3E or similar practice management system
