Sales Advisor

We are at present seeking a full time Sales Advisor to join our Sales Centre based in Glasgow, which is experiencing ongoing growth.

The successful candidate will:

·Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers to place their order

·Manage inbound call volume and deal with customer enquiries

·Increase the number of trading customers and sell new lines

·Provide guidance to customers on a range of products and services

·Build relationships with customers

·Be able to complete Admin tasks

To be considered for this position, candidates should possess:

·Proficiency in telephone skills

·Competence in computer applications such as Outlook, Excel, and Word.

·Prior experience in Customer Service and sales

·Previous office work experience
