The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing administrative support to their customer service team.Key Responsibilities:- Liaise with customers to ensure efficient order processing and shipment coordination- Input and update customer information on SAP system- Assist in onboarding new customers and providing ongoing supportWorking Hours:Monday to Thursday: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PMFriday: 9:00 AM to 2:00 PMIdeal Candidate Profile:- Must have prior experience working with SAP systems- Demonstrated resilience and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment- Have effective communication skills- Must be able to commute between sites
