As Head Housekeeper you will be responsible for standards of cleanliness in guest bedrooms, public areas & conference & events areas throughout the hotel. You’ll be a passionate leader with the ability to inspire, motivate, and support your team in order to meet your goals and keep the department running smoothly. You’ll be a Head Housekeeper with high standards when it comes to guest experience and brand standards and you’ll take ownership and pride in your work. This is a very busy hotel with over 200 bedrooms and alarge team to manage
What you’ll be doing • Leadership of the Housekeeping department • Coaching & Training • Customer service • Delivering brand standards • Ordering & stock taking • Maintaining high standards of health and safety • Working closely with all hotel departments • Administration and Technology savvy • Available to work when the team and customer needs you most
