  • Recruitment, background checks and induction.
  • Managing relationships with staff members and resolving any issues that arise.
  • Ensuring all employees are treated fairly and promoting a diverse workplace.
  • Conducting regular performance reviews and managing the appraisal process.
  • Monitoring and managing staff sickness absence.
  • Identifying training needs and facilitating development opportunities for staff.
  • Managing disciplinary and grievance processes in line with company policy.
  • Conducting exit interviews when employees leave the company.
  • Ensuring all HR documents are up-to-date.

Your personality, experienceand qualifications

We are seeking a successful candidate with a minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR role, ideally within the hospitality or hotel sector. While CIPD certification is not required, it would be advantageous. We are looking for an individual who is motivated to advance into a management role in the future.
