We have a team of 16 professionals and over 400 clients.

The Role

We are currently recruiting for a predominantly office-based HR Assistant on a full-time substantive basis of 35 hours per week based at our new modern office pavilion suite in the Scottish Enterprise Technology Park, East Kilbride to join our team of HR professionals.

As our key HR team member, the postholder will be the first point of client contact for all incoming HR queries and generation of all client employment documentation including contracts of employment, employee handbooks and associated people management templates. Therefore, the applicant must possess exceptional communication skills and an excellent standard of written skills/business English, together with high standards of accuracy and organisational skills whilst working to deadlines.

The Person

To be successful, the candidate must possess a can-do positive attitude accompanied with excellent administration/IT skills, along with a passion for problem solving, and provision of professional customer service at all times. A full clean driving licence is also essential for onsite client visits when required.
