We're partnering with a Scottish-owned Managed Service Provider providing top-level services to clients in the Glasgow region. With a commitment to innovation, our client is seeking a skilled 2nd Line Service Desk Engineer to join their team. As a 2nd Line Service Desk Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in providing technical support and break-fix solutions. This role offers a hybrid working model, combining service desk responsibilities with on-site break-fix support for our valued clients.
Day-to-Day:
- Respond to escalated service desk tickets, providing efficient and effective technical support.
- Conduct break-fix solutions on client sites, addressing hardware and software issues.
- Collaborate with the service desk team to resolve complex technical challenges.
- Contribute to the creation of technical documentation.
