Service Care Solutions are working with a well established Law firm who are seeking an experienced and commercially focused Residential Property Lawyer to play a leading role in the continued growth of our Glasgow residential property practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a strategic, client-focused solicitor looking to take the next step in their career. They are expand their footprint in Glasgow, and are looking for a Senior Lawyer who can take ownership of business growth in the region while managing a varied and high-quality caseload.Key Responsibilities include:
  • Managing a busy caseload covering all aspects of residential conveyancing including sales, purchases, new builds, re-mortgages, and title transfers
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, referrers, and other key stakeholders
  • Supporting and mentoring junior team members to foster a culture of learning and excellence
Skills and Education:
  • Scottish Qualified Solicitor with 2-3years+ PQE within this specific area.
  • Experienced Residential Property Lawyer with a strong background in complex transactions
  • Proven relationship management and business development skills with a track record of securing and retaining clients
  • Strong leadership and mentoring abilities, with a commitment to supporting the growth of junior colleagues
