Are you a driven individual looking for your next step as in Facilities Management? How does working in a fast paced, forward thinking environment sound?

Search are recruiting for a PPM Analyst to join a fun, bubbly service team within the Facilities Management Industry. This candidate should have an exceptionally good administration and team leading skillset, be proficient in excel, preferably have planning experience, but training will be given, this role is to predominantly look after our clients' maintenances and case clean regime.

37.5 hours a week:
* Mon - Fri: 08:30 - 16:30

Main duties include:
* Coordinate with the Health & Safety Manager as required
* Manage and oversee the Case Clean/PPMs process
* Ensure compliance with regulations and company standards
* Handle training and development needs for the administration team
* Ensure adherence to all administrative processes
* Maintain accurate records of legislative documentation
* Manage subcontractor pools, including day-sheets, allocations, and compliance certification
* Oversee engineering pools, including timesheets, holiday leave, and expenses
* Ensure compliance with regulations and report to clients using internal systems and reports

The ideal candidate:
* Is a skilled and experienced administrator
* Has excellent communication skills
* Is capable of organising and prioritising personal workload
* Has excellent IT skills, including Microsoft packages

You must be an experienced administrator with leadership experience for this role. This position will suit a candidate who is prepared to work in a demanding environment, who works well under pressure and is keen to progress within a successful organisation.
