My client is seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to support the Managing Partner within their rapidly growing firm. In addition to providing assistance to the Managing Partner, the successful candidate will also collaborate with the HR department on various projects, payroll and pension administration, and other tasks as required. The idea candidate will be :

Experienced within a HR capacity.
Confident user of all MS Packages, including MS Excel.
A great communicator; Great at building relationships with partners and employees.
Driven, self-motivated with a positive, can-do attitude.
Great at problem-solving and proficient at influencing others.
Attention to detail is essential.
