Position: Land Sourcing and Acquisitions Agent
Location: Glasgow
Role Overview: As a Land Sourcing and Acquisitions Agent, you'll play a pivotal role in the mission to expand renewable energy initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and evaluating potential land parcels for renewable energy projects.
- Engaging with landowners, negotiating land acquisitions, and securing agreements.
- Conducting due diligence, feasibility studies, and environmental assessments.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project development.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in land sourcing, acquisitions, or real estate within the renewables or energy sector.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements, permitting processes, and land use policies.
- Ability to analyse data and assess site suitability for renewable energy projects.
