Our client, an established and growing property management group, are currently seeking a grounds focused property manager to join their head office in Glasgow. You will be mostly based on site, managing a portfolio of grounds-only developments, delivering a best-in-class customer service delivery model. You will be building and maintaining relationships with both customers and contractors. This opportunity offers great future progression and an attractive package.
It is envisaged that the ideal candidate has previous experience within a customer service-based role, ideally within the property industry. A full UK drivers license is also essential.
Property Manager GM Position Overview
- Job Type: Permanent
- Job Location: Glasgow
- Reporting to Associate Director
- Salary: 25,000 plus 3,300 CA
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday
- Start Date: ASAP - Happy to wait for notice periods
Property Manager GM Position Requirements
- Must have previous experience within a customer service based role
- Experience within the Property, Facilities or similar industry is preferred
- A full UK driver's license
- Proficient using Office 365
- Ability to work well as part of a team
Property Manager GM Position Remuneration
- Salary: 25,000 plus 3,300 Car Allowance
