We are seeking a Temporary Hotel Receptionist to join our dynamic team in Glasgow. As a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients guests, providing them with a warm welcome and ensuring their stay with is nothing short of extraordinary.Key Responsibilities:·Greet guests with a friendly demeanour and assist them with check-in and check-out procedures.·Manage reservations and room assignments efficiently using our hotel management system.·Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.·Respond promptly to guest requests and concerns, ensuring their satisfaction throughout their stay.·Maintain a clean and organised reception area, including managing incoming and outgoing correspondence.·Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.Requirements:·Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry.·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.·Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.·Proficiency in Opera PMS.·Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.What will we offer you?· Weekly pay· Refer a friend scheme - You will receive £250 in Love2shop vouchers· eCruit system - Pick your own shifts· Fresh opportunities with exciting new clients· A personal experience with your own Glasgow based expert· Permanent opportunities availableThis is a temporary position with the potential for extension based on performance and business needs.
