MC Technical Recruitment is currently looking to recruit a Compliance Manager to join a Recycling facility near Glasgow. Our client is a leading business within the Energy and Waste management industry, with a long-term goal of establishing sustainability and environmental efficiency, looking for a Compliance Manager to join their team.
As the Compliance Manager you will be responsible for:
- Support on the delivery of all Health, Safety, Environmental and Compliance as per the management system
- Carrying out internal audits on the management system, ensuring everything is compliant
- Liaise with senior managers to ensure site remains compliant
- Assisting with the implementation of new policies and procedures
- Other duties as required
To be considered for this role you should have:
- Proven experience in a compliance / auditing role
- Experience in the Waste/Recycling industry is advantageous but not essential
- Knowledge of relevant Health, Safety and Environmental systems is desired
- Strong leadership skills
- A full UK driving licence is essential for this role
