Contraflow is currently recruiting for Traffic Management Operatives based at our Hillington depot. We offer permanent jobs contracted to a 40 hour week over 7 days. Traffic Management is a tough career choice, its outdoors in all weathers and the average working week is around 50-60 hours including frequent weekend work.

Role Involves
Your responsibility as a Traffic Management Operative will focus on working and helping with Traffic Management operations for a range of projects, with a strong emphasis on increasing productivity and ensuring high Health and Safety standards.
- Installing and maintaining various Traffic Management solutions
- Working in the loading and maintaining of equipment
- Driving to various locations
- Site maintenance
- Manual Control Traffic Lights
- Heavy lifting
Requirements
- You must have a drivers licence
- You must be 100% flexible for shift allocation
- You must be hard working and reliable
Pay
- Trainee Rates are based on NMW but you can progress quickly. Within 3-6 months to £12.65 p/h and within 12 months to £15.75 p/h (weekend rate)
- Can further progress based on attainment of qualifications
