Our client based in Cambuslang, are looking for an experienced Account Manager/Sales Person to join their busy office. We are looking for someone who enjoys active sales and is also happy to build relationships with existing customers. Training and coaching will be provided, please read below for more information…..

Responsibilities
* Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve or exceed targets
* Develop positive relationships with customers
* Conduct regular account reviews to ensure client satisfaction and identify areas for improvement
* Act as a point of contact and handle customers individual needs
* Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks
* Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
* Inventory Management for portfolio of accounts
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer service
* Monitor and track key account metrics, such as revenue growth and customer retention
* Analyse sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities
