Jenson Fisher are delighted to be working on an exclusive basis, with a leading Glasgow City Centre client, to recruit an experienced Purchase Ledger Assistant on a full-time temporary basis for 3 months. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Purchase Ledger Assistant to join a small friendly team.Responsibilities:

Process invoices
AP Mailbox – work through emails, responding to queries within timely manner
Weekly Payment Runs
Processing payments
Reviewing and processing credit card claims
Supplier Statement reconciliations
Month end tasks

Skills required:

Purchase Ledger experience is essential
Highly proficient Excel skills
Excellent verbal and written and communication skills
Strong team player
High levels of attention to detail
