About the Role:

As a Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clients office. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Answering and routing incoming calls with professionalism.
  • Managing the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and welcoming.
  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Assisting with administrative tasks as required.
  • Maintaining a log of visitor access and ensuring compliance with security protocols.
  • Providing excellent customer service and addressing inquiries promptly.

What We're Looking For:
