Business Travel Consultant Duties:

• Provide support and excellent customer service to clients during office hours.

• Book all aspects of urgent Travel that is required, including flights, car hire, hotels & transfers.

• Assisting with some administration duties

• Complete handovers to provide a seamless customer experience.

Essential Requirements:

• Business Travel experience is essential

• Refunds experence

• Fully proficient on a GDS Ideally Galileo or Travelport

Please note only suitable candidates from a business travel background with GDS experience will be considered for this post.
