Job
The role of Finance Business Partner will give you the opportunity to be involved with the following:
- Working as a business partner with operations leadership
- Leading financial analysis to support financial goals
- Managing profitability and budgeting initiatives
- Conducting daily profit and loss forecasting and analysis
- Generating and leading the annual branch budget process
- Analysing trends and interpreting complex data sets
- Prioritising business and information needs with management
- Defining new process improvement opportunities
- Providing oversight for the financial inventory control process
You
As Finance Business Partner you will be skilled &/or qualified in the following:
- Qualified Accountant or Qualified by Experience
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Management of daily Profit & Loss processes
- Special projects work, including business cases and reviews
- Insightful stock reporting and optimal stock management
- Cost saving initiatives identification and execution
- Excellent problem-solving skills and analysis capabilities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and SAP system knowledge
