Work as Deputy Nurse Manager for a large, private healthcare group with a passion for excellence. We are looking to recruit a Deputy Home Manager, to work within a nursing, dementia and residential home in the heart of Fife, Scotland, close to the area of Glenrothes.
We are looking for an experienced RGN, RNLD or RMN Registered Nurse, to work as Deputy Home Manager, and the role will include supernumery hours, and leading on the floor.
  • This is a full time, permanent position, working 4 days per week on day shifts.
  • The salary as Deputy is negotiable on experience, £23.50 - £24.50ph
  • The annual salary is circa £53,700 - £56,000 working 44 hours per week
  • We are looking for an experienced Nurse, with elderly care and supervisory experience and excellent clinical skills
  • You will be managing a team of Nurses and Care staff, assisting the Home Manager in running the service, and leading by example, training and coaching staff, and ensuring high standards of care are adhered to.
