We are looking for Machine Operatives to:
- Operate and maintain production machinery to meet quality targets
- Record operating conditions in line with production plans accurately and in a timely fashion
- Complete and maintain cleaning and checking procedures
- Strive for continuous improvement within yourself and across the wider team, identifying areas of improvement opportunity
- Work on a 4 day rota of 2 day and 2 night shifts
A Machine Operative must:
- Have a basic understanding and confident use of IT, including MS Office
- Possess excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Hold GCSEs or equivalent in Maths and English
- Be comfortable with routine drug screening as part of operational due diligence
- Be comfortable working on their own initiative, managing their own workload effectively
- A drive to earn and progress a career – there are opportunities for development for those who want it, and can demonstrate this!
