• Calling all talented, enthusiastic, and passionate Relief chefs ! Mint Bespoke are currently seeking chefs de partie to join our team for a relief contract in Gloucester, this beautiful award winning Cotswolds hotel has a strong brigade of talented chefs in need of some interim support. If your a relief CDP available for an immediate start and have a 2AA rosette background, call us.

Chef Responsibilities:

• Covering shifts: Step in to cover kitchen shifts when permanent chefs are absent due to illness, holidays, periods of recruitment and peak seasons
• Adapting to different environments: Quickly familiarise yourself with the kitchen layout, equipment, and processes of various establishments.
• Following recipes and standards: Ensure consistency by following recipes and maintaining quality standards set by the head chef or kitchen manager.
• Maintaining cleanliness: Keep work areas clean and organised, adhering to food safety standards
• Assisting with stock control: Help manage stock levels, rotating ingredients, and notifying management of any shortages or discrepancies.

Important Chef requirements:

• Right to live and work in the UK.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
• Own white, knives and safety shoes
• Valid driver's license and access to your own vehicle is preferred but not necessary, must be commutable to GL8 as no live in
