Client Solutions Manager
Location: This is a hybrid working role with a minimum of two days spent working in the office, remaining days working from home or on client site
Salary upto 40,000 Plus Benefits Package including private healthcare and Life insurance
An accomplished Client Solutions Manager is required by our highly successful network services client in the South West, to assist in the delivery of Professional Services engagements and value add services for existing and future Clients.
The successful candidate will provide support to the Head of Department in ensuring that back-office functions are fully operational and fit for purpose.
Role breakdown -
Project Co-ordination
- Preparing and writing a Statement of Works (SOW).
- Defining the scope of work and getting sign-off with the customer.
- Preparing and writing a Project Plan.
- Liaison with third parties and engineering resource (Ecosystem).
- Liaison with customers based on project delivery (timeframes, updates, changes to scope etc.).
- Preparing and writing handover documentation as a project nears completion and handing that documentation over to a customer.
- Updating documentation through the lifecycle of the project.
- Adapting to potential changes throughout the lifecycle of the project and discussing those changes with key stakeholders.
- Tracking engineer resource and expenditure against days allocated against an individual project.
- Management of multiple projects at once.
Technical competency - Linked to the SOW / project plan.
- Recording technical steps involved as part of a solution delivery.
- Liaising with engineering resources to confirm those steps are correct.
- Liaison with the Customer to understand technical needs and capability that the solution needs to deliver against.
- Preparation in conjunction with Sales regarding the Bill of Materials (BOM).
- Preparation of HLD's and LLD's regarding the overall solution proposed.
- Assisting with pre-sales queries - supporting Sales on calls with existing and potential clients.
- Assisting Sales with product / solution capabilities.
Base level network administration
- Administration of the Meraki network.
- Preparing laptops for new starters via Intune / Autopilot deployments.
- Administration to Office 365.
- JML process for starters and leavers.
