What you’ll be doing

  • Handling a wide range of customer enquiries via phone, email and chat, offering solutions in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing account, billing, product and basic technical support
  • Booking service engineer appointments where necessary and keeping customers informed
  • Assisting with product queries and promoting service packages
  • Identifying opportunities to up-sell or cross-sell where it adds value to the customer
  • Collaborating with internal teams to deliver excellent customer outcomes
